your company with a complete program so your “internal trainer” can
present a course when timing is best for your company’s schedule!
The Instructor Guide is divided into four Parts: Part I covers Adult
Education Philosophy & Guidelines, How to Use the Instructor Guide,
How to Utilize the Manufacturer’s Operators Manual and When to
Repeat Training; Part II contains a Student Training Manual with
instructional comments; Part III outlines the Training Materials
Required and the “Practical” Exercise and Evaluation; and Part IV
